Third Trimester Mini Meditations

Centring practices for late pregnancy.

Why try meditating in the third trimester?

The third trimester can feel like both a crescendo and a deep inward pull. Your body is doing incredible work, your baby is nearly here, and your heart may be swinging between anticipation, discomfort, and awe. This final stretch is when rest, deep breathing, and mental calm are shown to directly benefit both you and your baby.

This is a space to exhale, let go of pressure and connect to the steady rhythm of your breath.

✔ Ease tension in your back, belly, and mind
✔ Gentle breathing cues to help you sleep, rest, and reset
✔ Affirmations for surrender, trust, and letting go
